Harlow Chorus once again enters the festive season with its annual, joyful ‘Family Carols’ concert, featuring both traditional and modern carols, Christmas music and readings in the gloriously atmospheric setting of the ancient Great St Mary’s Church, Sawbridgeworth.

The Chorus will be joined in this concert by the actor, John Patric Smith, who will entertain the audience with readings in his inimitable style and by the brilliant young tenor soloist, Ben Johnson.

The choir will be accompanied at the keyboard by Sue Graham Smith and conducted by their Musical Director, Sarah Tenant-Flowers.

Harlow Chorus’ latest CD, ‘The Christmas Story’, priced at £10, will be on sale in the church and mince pies and wine will be available during the interval.

With audience participation eagerly encouraged, this is a wonderful way to start the Christmas celebrations!
